Consultation

Once you have contacted us, Outdoor Elements will arrange one of our designers to meet with you in person to establish your wants and needs based on your budget and lifestyle, now and into the future. We will cover all aspects of your desired landscape down to the smallest of details, such as decretive pots and features. Every landscape designed and constructed by Outdoor Elements is individualized to each and every client.

 

 

Concept Plan

After we have established all of the elements based on your first design consultation with our designer, we will begin to establish a concept plan. The concept drawing will be a basic plan drawn to scale which will outline all of main hardscape and softscape features in your future garden. Once we have established the finished concept plan, all of the details and changes are taken and entered into full working drawings. 

 

 

Architectural Drawings

Before any construction can take place, architectural drawings are produced that show detailed information such as levels and elevations. The drawings will also specify materials required, a plant schedule, pictures of specified garden features such as arbors, pergolas, timber features, water features, decretive pots, and feature plants. Architectural drawings will display enough detail for quoting purposes based extra costs such as permits required for construction.

 

 

Construction

Once we have completed the design process, weather it be one of our own designs, or your own supplied drawings, Outdoor Elements can provide full costing for construction based on the architectural drawings. Our landscape construction team will commence on site to start creating your dream landscape and bring the working drawings to life.
